Delivery & Returns Information

We aim to make every delivery smooth and reliable from the moment your order is placed to the moment it arrives. Our team works closely with trusted pallet couriers to ensure your goods reach you safely and on time. If you ever have questions about your delivery or need help with a return, our customer support team is here to assist you. Providing your order number and any relevant details will help us resolve your enquiry quickly.

PALLET COURIER DELIVERY

We deliver all orders using a pallet courier service.

Delivery time: 3–5 working days.

After adding a product to your cart, you can select a specific delivery day using our date picker to ensure it’s convenient for you.

All orders are fully tracked. Once dispatched, you will receive your tracking number.

PALLET SPECIFICATIONS

All deliveries are made on full pallets:

• Size: 1.2m × 1.2m × 2.2m

• Maximum weight: 1000kg

Buying in bulk may reduce delivery costs.

IMPORTANT DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS

To ensure a successful delivery:

• Access must not be restricted.

• Deliveries cannot be unloaded on a hill.

• Raised curbs prevent pump trucks from passing.

• Pump trucks cannot operate on loose surfaces such as gravel or grass.

• We do NOT deliver using a CRANE or HIAB. We only deliver with a tail lift lorry which will deliver onto the kerbside outside your house. We cannot guarantee the driver will deliver your order onto your driveway. 

If any of these apply to your property, please contact us before ordering. If your order is in transit or has arrived and the driver CANNOT deliver because of any of these above you will be charged at least £130 for the delivery there and back.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

BEFORE DISPATCH

You may cancel your order up to 24 hours before dispatch.

Cancellations must be made via email: info@erthstone.com

Hours: Mon–Thu: 9am–5pm Fri: 9am–4pm.

AFTER DISPATCH

If an order is cancelled while in transit:

• A minimum charge of £130 per pallet will apply.

Incorrect delivery addresses may incur redirection fees depending on the zone.

We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control (traffic, weather, breakdowns).

If there is an issue with your delivery, contact us before unloading.

RETURNS

Customers may return goods within 7 working days of delivery.

• Return cost: £130 per pallet.

• Items must be in their original condition to qualify for a refund.
  

FAILED DELIVERY CHARGES

If delivery cannot be completed due to unsuitable access or failure to meet delivery requirements, a minimum charge of £130 per pallet will apply.

Unsuitable delivery conditions include:

• Restricted access

• Delivery on a hill

• Raised curbs blocking pump truck movement

• Loose surfaces (gravel, grass)
